Overwatch Aerial provides professional aerial video and photography coverage for outdoor events throughout the greater Dayton, Ohio area. From car shows and automotive events to weddings, festivals, and community gatherings, our FAA Part 107 certified pilot captures stunning 4K footage and high-resolution imagery that ground-level cameras simply cannot match.
Pricing
Standard Rate — $200 per hour
Two-hour minimum. Four-hour maximum per session.
Season Agreement Rate — $150 per hour
Available for clients booking multiple events under a signed service agreement. Season agreement clients receive a locked rate of $150/hour for all contracted events. Agreements secure your calendar priority and guaranteed availability — no upfront payment required at signing. Contact us to discuss your event schedule.

Airspace Notice
Overwatch Aerial manages all controlled airspace authorizations. We require 3-5 business days ahead of your event to evaluate controlled airspace requirements and gain proper authorization. Events held within restricted or military airspace require prior written authorization from the governing facility. Although we can assist, Client is responsible for obtaining facility approval before services can be rendered. Contact us for more information about FAA Rules & Regulations.
Terms
In the event of high winds (20mph+), heavy rain, or severe weather that prevents safe flight, the mission will be rescheduled at no additional cost or the deposit can be applied to a future credit. If the FAA issues a temporary flight restriction (TFR) that prevents flight, we will notify the client immediately and offer a full refund or reschedule.
